  • WHAT'S INCLUDED

    1. Accounting software review - we will review your current software setup to make sure it is sufficient for your business needs, and make reccomendations on how to improve.
    2. Books clean up - we will dive into your books and make all adjustments necessary to make them clean and accurate.
    3. Accounting process setup - internal accounting controls, file management, accounts receivable and accounts payable process setup. For those with employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc. We'll manage it all!
    4. Accounts receivable management - management of all accounts receivable. Sending invoices & following up.
    5. Accounts payable management - management of all accounts payable. Vendor payments, subcontractor payments, credit card transactions.
    6. Payroll management - includes running payroll, and filing & paying all payroll taxes on your behalf.
    7. Basic monthly financial reporting - monthly compilations of your business financials, including income statement, balance sheet to ensure you understand your basic financials.
